My former living room.

So here in New England they have "double parlors", essentially two living rooms. Well I started with a 75 and then a 20 and a couple 10s so my girlfriend gave me the go ahead to take over the room for fish and plants. So I went wild and here is what I have so far.......

20l with my girls axolotl in there. Bad pic to much in front of it

75 gallon community
2-10s underneath, one ten has a bunch of mollies and snails and the half full one has krib fry from a pair that went to a new home recently
20h had a pair of Kribs and 2 loaches
newest tank currently being used to soak driftwood, cycle a filter and house a few plants. There is some good fish in there to. It's gonna be a turtle tank for my daughters eastern painted. I'm gonna make a riparium out of it
My emersed 55 tank underneath
20l with 2 Spanish newts, my girls again. Above is gonna be 3-10s that will be for apistos i really really want.
2-20l will be trial and error tanks for me. Gonna do a dirted top tank with pressurized co2 and gonna do the bottom maybe a ei tnk with pressurized. Both will be medium light for now. 24" t5ho single bulb over each
Then next to that is my 10 gallon dirted with tiger endlerS and Pygmy Cory's. It's all starting to come together. Thankfully there are some auctions coming up and I'll have some room for plants and things.

Lovin' the emersed growth, and the emersed pots! Yes, you have a problem - too many small tanks. You need just one tank...that is measured in hundreds of gallons.

Well that escalated quickly. -Anchorman

Your tank room is awesome. I really like the emerged 55 planter below the future turtle tank. I feel the pull to get another few tanks set up; my usual plan is to spread them around the house slowly so I can sorta fly under my husband's radar. Maybe I should suck it up and go for a big tank next to the TV in the living room... those planted square ripariums are amazing.

Oh I definitely can, there is an empty space under a 10 gallon and I have a double 10 gallon rack empty. One of the 20hs is just holding my daughters turtle until the new filter is cycled. I'm gonna get what I have going and see where I'm at

what a good girlfriend you have! I have whittled away at my boyfriend for the last two years, starting with a 10 gallon, I have finally convinced him to allow a 75, 40, and 29 gallon in our one bedroom apartment. I'm working him up to a 200 gallon lol :p
