Which spectrum for bulbs?

Hi All.

Right now I am using a 40w 10K premium daylight and a 40w Ultra-Actinic. I'd like to replace the Ultra-Actinic with something else as it's not really benifical to my plants (At least that's what I hear, even though if you read CSL's web site: Ultra Actinic Provides the necessary energy for activation of photosynthesis in chlorophyll A and chlorophyll C) ?!?

But which spectrum to go with is my next question.

5000K, 6700K, or 8800K?

What are you thoughts?

6700K and 10,000K look good together, that's what I have over my tank.

These aren't spectra; they're color temperatures, a parameter that's based purely on your preference.
