Plants for a 90G tank

I have a 90G tank setup with a coralife 130W plant light(FW). What plants would u recommend. I am using aquariums plants.com substrate. Would you recommend any fertilizers?

Ferts = Tropica Aquacare, KNO3 to start and CO2(!) don't forget that!

Plants = Crypts, Vals, Hygro (LOTS in a new tank), anubias, +anything you want to try and grow!

Substrate = Seachem Tabs but you really won't need them, but give them a try, my plants love them!

I would rather pass on the co'2 if possible.
