CO2 Bubble Counter for regulator. Would like some advice

Hi everyone,

I recently ordered the Premium AQUATEK CO2 Regulator with Integrated COOL TOUCH Solenoid for a CO2 setup that I am looking to dive into.

This does not bring a bubble counter, but was wondering if there were any out there that you guys would recommend. Seems that the one that Aquatek has available did not have great reviews.

Thanks as always!

Patrick

I like the JBJ style ones on the regulator. Not familiar with Aquatek regs but I would bet with some certainty that it would fit right after your needle valve. I bought mine locally and don't know what brand it is but you can find the same looking one on [Ebay Link Removed]

if you look on line you might fine the "JBL" bubble counter for in-line set up , but even with a built in check valve it has I would still add one before and after the counter.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Very much appreciated. I will look into the JBJ to see if I order one. For now I am using the AQUATEK Bubble Counter with Integrated Check Valve (that came with the regulator) paired with a Jardin Aquarium Plants Glass Reactor/CO2 Diffuser. The Diffuser did not come with a suction cup, therefore I used a zip tie to tie them together.

Here is a video I made.

I would highly recommend buying a second check valve as stated earlier. AFA sells a kit which includes tubing, suction cups and a very good check valve at a reasonable price.
