Well just got an alert, looks like Boulder Creek is up to 5000 cubic feet per second. Which is twice the flow as last night at its worst. So needless to say, the office is probably flooded again

No problem for me. Hope everyone else has such good luck. Browsing the pictures in the Denver Post this morning the amount of water is just unbelievable.

CSU closed today. I was kind of surprised.

If anyone is interested, here is the current conditions of the Poudre river:

http://waterdata.usgs.gov/usa/nwis/uv?06752260

you can see the peak pretty clearly, supposedly got up to about 10k cubic feet per second. Talk about a LOT of water.

I woke up to fire trucks and ambulances today, and I thought we were getting evacuated but then they just left a bit later.

I hope all is well for all you guys, and gals!

Looks like the office is about a 15k or greater repair It looks as if the major part of the storm is north now, with some smaller storms to come this weekend.

My cousin was staying at her Grandpa's cabin in Glen Haven with 6 college friends. Her parents only got to talk to her twice in the past couple days, and the cell connection was poor both times. She ended up getting airlifted to Fort Collins yesterday afternoon. All of them need to be back at UCLA tomorrow. Their rental car is still up there, and from what I'm hearing it will be at least 2 months before the roads will be passable.

Frederick and Firestone area now has contaminated water supply on the East side of the highway.

We are getting pouring rain, friend in Johnstown said it was pouring there 2 hours ago.

This is crazy how much rain we are getting. I am supposed to come to work in Loveland this afternoon til night 10:30

Its been raining here in Northglenn most of the day, and the local creeks are pretty darn high now.

It's been raining nonstop all day in Ft Collins too, so I'm sure the Cache La Poudre is flowing pretty good.

Just tried to go to work and found all the roads were closed and being closed, and roads were covered with water.

Colorado blvd closed at Bella Rosa and north of Firestone blvd, Firestone blvd closed W of Colorado blvd.

Birch Silver Birch south at Tibble parkway in Frederick closed and Bella rosa Closed at NO Name Creek and also closed W of Birch/Silver Birch.

Basically there is now a little river running between the East frontage Road, North to Hwy 119 - Where the St. Vrain River goes across, East of I25 .5 miles between Birch /Silver Birch cutting off access to I25.

We were just on Channel 7 live....

My power has been going out too, thankfully it's only been lasting around 20 minutes.
