Seachem Replenish - shrimp safe?

Waiting to buy some gh+ but needed something while i wait, a lfs guy called and told me he found this stuff.

My question is, has anyone used this successfully with shrimp? What kind?

And a total noon question...

RO water and this dosed (as labeled) is all i should need for neo's, oebt and crs right? Or are other minerals a MUST? (Dont need gh/kh+)
