29g lighting options
What would be my best bet for 4+ WPG on a 29?
I realize T5's don't come in the right size, but i love t5's. I think 24" teks would work, but i could get a PC system by coralife with more wattage and cheaper, not to mention locally. Decisions, decisions.

I like Current's 30" 2x65w Orbit fixture. It's reflecter is better than the Aqualights plus it has white moon lamps. It comes with an actinic bulb in front that needs to be replaced with a plant friendly square pin bulb.
You can use: 6700K from Current or Coralife 10,000K from Current or Coralife 6700K/10,000K from Current Colormax/6700K from Coralife 8800K from Custom Sealife (it's getting hard to find) I have two Orbits and two Aqualights and I like the Orbits much better. 130w over a 29g is ~4.5wpg. |

hmmm, i think i Need to find a coin. When the time comes, i think $$$ will decide for me. I wanted to do seperate lunars if i did any, because current's lunars aren't all that, at least the ones on the nova T5's.
I wanted to hang a LED strip over the back for lunars. What do you guys Think about the catalina fixtures?Catalina Aquarium SOLAR HOOD POWER COMPACT-2 X 65W the problem i have is there isn't any fans and it looks inferior, plus replacing the actinic bulb would cost 20$, bringing the light system to 110$, only 13$under coralife. I think the dual aqualight is my choice, as i have a 48"coralife and love it.
