Will Plants Pearl Without Co2 Addition?

Assume I have good 3+ WPG lights on, no CO2 addition, an aerator going through a diffuser into the suction of a powered Filter.

1) Will I find my plants pearling?
2) How long will be duration of the pearling if any?
3) Will there be pearling even if the aerators are left on 24/7?
4) Are you speaking from experience or theoretically?

IME at 3+ wpg with no co2 or fert addition, sounds like a recipe for algae soup.

Due to the action of the aerators I highly doubt you will see pearling. To get pearling you need to have O2 saturation of the water. This is pretty much impossible to obtain with the surface turbulence that the aerators cause.

The only tank I have that I've seen pearling in is my 2g betta tank. It has an acrylic lid and an UG filter. I see pearling late in the afternoon. 1.5wt per gallon no CO2.

When your tank water is fully saturated with O2, then the O2 your plants create will form on the outside of the plants making lots of little bubbles called pearling. (correct me if I'm mistaken I'm still kinda new)

I achieve pearling on my 10 gallon ( yes I know it's a small tank ) no co2 injection.

2.3watts per gallon and straight flourish once every 2 weeks.
