It may be more than you are looking for, but I just got a package at Petsmart and the quality is excellent. $8.

Yeah, I'll check it out tomorrow, but everytime I go to my local pet stores they have no more than four plants none of which is truly aquatic and dye after a short while after being submerged. Hopefully this time I'll be lucky

They are in packages, not the plant tank.

You could always special order them to make sure they are fresh and gtg. I believe the chain stores and Neighborhood fish farm take them.

Wow you were right, they DO have it at petsmart. They also had some other neat plants like pogostemon helferi and bacopa caroliniana. I bought me some of those too, although I have to admit that they are not in a prime quality. some leaves are yellow, but I'm sure they will recover once in the aquarium. Thanks guys.

NP! It's a rough time of year to get plants shipped in. I have bought pretty much 50% of the Petsmart offerings at this point, with a 90% survival rate. Stauro did fantastically.

I've got some in the work tank that are great. I got these at the PetSmart and they have turned out pretty well. For $8 I got 4 decent size bunches. I have one small bunch in the living room tank. I like the way they look like little miniature bushes.

The s. Repens in my tank is from 1 pack of petsmart @ two months growth. It definitely responds to high light.
