fertilizer


Osmocote plus question . i just got some of this fertilizer in capsules so i wanna know how long untill the caps disolve and how long overall does this fertilizer last. put in 2 for a 40 gallon moss, and cabomba ,maybe some frogbit!

Those are used as a substrate fertilizer for root feeding plants. You need to bury them in the substrate at 4" spacing or so, I can't remember exactly. They are of little use to mosses and stem plants for the most part if used as intended. If not buried in the substrate they could cause issues with water quality as they may add too many nutrients at once.
