suggestions for a 360?

I am setting up a large tank and need to know the best bulbs to get for the purpose. The tank is 360 gal with a 55 gal sump. I have a comb pc with 4x55 w
bulbs and 3 mh that can take up to 400 w. I don't want it to look too washed out while growing plants as well as a variety of fish. Should I go with 250w 6500 bulbs or 5500 etc. I need tips. help
