Vampire crab

I have a single vampire crab and so far he hasnt eaten. Ive tried a cherry, crab pellets, amd about to try some mysis. Hes been in his tank for a few days now. I know the adjustment period and all. Just want to know what you all have been succesful with. Added a [censored][censored][censored][censored]ty tablet picture of his enclosure. 2.5g with eco soil, moss, water bowl, and little shelter made of rocks.

Get crickets and waxworms and offer those. Also, you'll want some sort of cover for the animal. check around, there are good vivarium places that you can order terrestrial plants from that would do well in Viv conditions and that give the crab a little more overhead cover.

try crickets, red devils love crickets, and they do also enjoy blood worms, waxworms, meal worms. they like live foods that they can hunt.

generally if they are staying in hiding, it can mean a few things. it might not be humid enough for them, or to cold. it could be that the one is just shy, or molting. i wouldn't worry about him not being out all the time, mine aren't.
