Newbie needs help...please

Hi,

I am going to be using the old style T8 flourescents over a Juwel Rio 180. This tank has two lights as standard so I have added reflectors and also another two tubes; one under the front flap, the other under the rear flap, with reflectors also. This will provide 90 watts (4 x 30watt tubes).

The Rio 180 is supposed to be 180 litres however I am going to raise the floor up to negate about 4 inches or so and not have the water right up to the top. I reckon about 30 UK gallons. Will this be enough light with CO2, RO water and aquatic soil+flourite substrate?
