Yellow/black leaves on Glosso

I have a carpet of glosso in my nano tank and I noticed there are some yellowish/black leaves and some are "melting" away.

Question is, should I cut the leaves or just let them be?

Many thanks!

Cut them. They're just gonna screw with your water
The yellow ones might have a chance but the black ones are probably dead
