excessive lighting?

I have a 48" green element light fixture and the a dual 96w cfl strip. the LED's are 10k i believe and theres 36, 4 watt bulbs so thats 144watts. and the cfl's are one 6700k bulb and that coralife colormax bulb. which gives a grand total of 336 watts. mind that this is on a 55 gallon aquarium which is heavy ferted and fed with a comp. co2 system. plants seem to like the light but not seeing a whole lot of growth from the swords especially. any tips
