Give Terre Quatics in Champlin a call - 763-421-6008. It's been several months but the guy there had CRS that were not for sale, _yet_. He was probably trying to breed them at the time.

OK, I called him.. he had a bunch that he was breeding until somebody stole the tank and all of the shrimp! That's the first time I've ever heard of anything like that! Any leads or suspects anyone?
