What light for a 7 gallon cube?

I've got a 7 gallon cube coming (about 12" square)... what finnex light would be best, the regular Fugeray or Fugeray planted?

I want low-medium plants, but DON'T want algae issues! It's going to be a low tech tank.

Thanks!

I use a Fugeray R clip on for my 5 gallon, and it works out really well. I'm actually going to have to take some of the plants growing out soon (split them).

Fugeray-r or a fugeray suspended a few inches above the tank.
