48in Ray 2 & 48in monster ray Review!!!

First thing First, I do not work for Finnex...

ok now, The customer Service was better than GOOD, It was hands down one of the greatest that I had come across.. Lowe was beyond helpful

I Order my ray 2 n monster ray June 14 around 11am, and around 5pm i received an email that my items has been shipped ..

I was LIKE WTH, ALREADY!!!

So the lights came packed safely and ready to fire away....

I was blind for 10seconds looking str8 into these LEDs (dummy me)

This system vs my T5 3 bulb system is just a little bright but using way less power!!!!

Took some par rating, and with both systems on my 72 bow (24in high) I got between 70-80par in most areas in my tank...

Closing notes: I GLAD I BOUGHT THESE SYSTEMS

BETTER COLOR
BRIGHTER LIGHT
GREAT PRICE

If you looking for a strong LED light n want to add color ....

Go get a ray 2 n monster ray .....
you will be happy
your fish will be happy
your light bill will be happy too

I guess its in the eye of the beholder so to speak, I bought the same two lights in the 36 inch version and put them on my 46 bow, I was completely underwelmed, they don't hold a candle to my existing JBJ 2x 96 watt CFL. I sent them straight back, no good to me my tank looked very dark and gloomy, but then the tank is in a bright room. Nice product looks great but just no punch.

Afraid so, as I said I was completely underwelmed having read so many rave reviews about the Ray 2 with the monster ray to bring out colour to my mind or better eye the CFL's have far more punch, they may cost more to run but 200w is not going to break the bank.

You are now the 3rd person i know with this combo. This is the light setup on my current high tech tank and the plants have never looked better.

I briefly ran two ray2's on the tank (call me crazy) as an experiment with an insane amount of co2 but switching one to the Monster-Ray made a difference, almost coaxing out the colors from all of my stems.

The color in the plants were evident in the plants themselves and not only viewed under the monster-ray. Extending the color spectrum beyond 7000k was a huge leap forward IME.

Can't wait to see pics of your setup! Once you see it on any fish with fluorescents, you'll never turn the MonsterRAY off!
