how long will 15lb of co2 last in a 80 gal aquarium it is on 9 hrs during the day and off the rest of the time, I am also using a wet dry system so how much will that affect the co2?

I don't think anyone could possibly say how long the 15 pounds of CO2 would last, even knowing your bubble rate, which we don't. Based on my 5 pound tank lasting over 9 months on a 29 gallon tank, I would guess the 15 pounds would last at least that long on a 80 gallon tank. The wet/dry filter isn't needed for a planted tank - the plants do the biological filtration if the tank has plenty of growing plants. The best thing the filter can do for you is provide good water circulation and some filtration.
