Yellow & Orange Neos need culling?

I know PFR and RCS need constant culling to keep their red color.

I notice even thought Yellow and Orange doesn't lose their color and become patchy like RCS but they do fade in their color intensity.

My question is do I need to start culling them? And if I do do I need to do as much just work like PFR?

So to cull out shrimp when they reach adulthood you just remove the unwanted shrimp as in color, to keep pfr pfr and. Sakura sakura?

What do people normally do with culls? I know betta breeders usually feed them to a bigger fish but people like me would love to get started learning to take care of shrimp with culls. Would make the learning exp. not as devastating if they died. Is there someone to check to buy culls that aren't quite as expensive or a better deal?

I usually put my unwanted shrimp in my Koi Pond it's about 2000 gallon. I usually pour the shrimp into the corner where Koi are not gathered. I don't think the Koi can spot them cause they're so tiny so they might be alive and well at the bottom.

Let me dive 6 feet deep in my pond and fetch them for you =)
I'm sure by the time they get to you they'll become good dried shrimp snack.
