DIY CO2 Recipe Question

I've got a one gallon rubbermaid jug with a screw on lid. How much water, sugar and yeast should I use? It's going to be used on a 55g with 3.45 wpg.

Heres the recipe I used and it worked fine... very informative article , just double up for a gallon I would say...
After a few batches you will get a feel for making a good mix... and watch with amazement what lights and CO2 can do !
