is my lighting right for my tank?

im setting up a planted tank for the first time i have the substrate co2 and everything else sorted my tank is around 500 litres 5ftx2ftx2ft it came with came with 4 t8 fittings and t8 48" 36w 10000k bulbs and 4 wide blue tinted reflectors but i dont use instead i retrofitted the hood with 2 t5ho fittings and 2 46" 54 watt 7500k ad 2 iQuatics reflectors i want a high to very high light rating now the tanks been setup for a week and the 2 t5ho dont look that bright when the hood is closed the light is about 25" from the substrate i would like to know if i have enough light if not do i need more t5ho or can i use the t8 to boost the light levels?
