Buying flourite black online

I was lucky enough to find a 40 gallon long the other day in a classified section. It's one of the old thick glassed ones that didn't have a center brace so I may be able to turn it rimless....

Anyway enough of the tank. I am looking to do this right and have had really good luck with flourite in the past. I've only switched because I liked the black substrate. Now Seachem has a Flourite Black and no one around me carries it.

Has anyone used Flourite Black with success in comparison to regular Flourite? I guess at this point i'm open to other options.

Any suggestions on what site to purchase from, without getting worked over on shipping?

Do you have a local store ? Not the big box or corporate chain stores mind you, The Mom and Pop store. you might find that after shipping retail in a local store is the better bet. Besides the big online places have money. Why not help your local pet store keep the doors open.

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
