Miracle Gro Organic Potting Mix pH

Hey everyone,

I'm wondering how MGOPM effects pH, gH, and kH. Does it buffer it at all? Could anyone using this in their tanks tell me their tap water parameters and the parameters in their tank?

Reason being I'm considering having some CRS in a large community tank I plan on setting up with MGOPM, but I know that in most cases people use Aqua soil to buffer their pH to more acceptable levels for this species of shrimp. I want to know if MG buffers down at all, or if CRS in this tank is just an impossibility.
