What are your plans for the tank? I'm assuming cold water fish since you have no heater.

Shrimp and otos most likely - there are a couple platies in there currently with seeded media and purigen - I'll probably put them back in their normal tank soon- its also unheated, pretty much unlit and has minimal filtration too - tons of plants though

I like the way you have the bulbs hanging over the tank, sort of like that Bow exercise machine. Could you tell me how you did it? I've been wanting to get my 2 13-watt bulbs on a 10 gallon up from the top of the tank ever since I got the bulbs. Btw, they have a clamp mechanism and a little hanger on top. They are mounted in "brooder" style dome reflectors vertically<br />

Thanks,<br />

Default making trees

what is the best way to attach the java moss to the wood? I want to create a forest floor with faux trees.

Here's some pics - there is an additional 9w led lamp on top so 16.5 watts total. There are 9 otos, 12 cherry shrimp, 3 ghost shrimp, a few trumpet snails and a red ramshorn in here. Also java ferns and java moss, one Anubias plant and some baby crypts that hitchhiked in
