algae id


I'm referring to the dark green fern looking algae attached to the rock. It's growing all from the same point -- looks weird.

I took a video too.

It's hard to tell but I'd guess at green spot algae. I don't even bother with it. If its on the glass ill scrap it off. Otherwise it's not something worth fighting.

I've never seen or known gsa to fern out like that. Can anyone confirm? For size comparison, the green plant you see is UG.

Oh thats Staghorn. I didn't see it at first, but its on the UG not the rock.
