Nematode Worms?

Can anyone help identify if these are nematode worms? A HUGE ton of them started appearing in my planted Fluval 6gal tank. I'm catching at least 20 of these every day and it's quite disturbing to see them wiggling around in my tank. It can't be from overfeeding cause I currently don't have any livestock except plants and snails.

If they are nematodes or any other kind of worms, how should I go about getting rid of them?

They look like nematodes to me. They are a very good fish food. If you want to get rid of them, a small school of corydoras will make quick work of them in short order.
