Hi all I was in PETCO today and was wondering about the moss balls. Are they easy to grow and will they help remove nitrates? I think there pretty cool looking any input will help.
Thanks..dfish

They require low light and are very easy to keep. They would help with reducing nitrates like any plant. The larger the plant = the more demands it has for food/ light = more removal of fish poo.
