65 watts cf enough?

I have a 13 gallon long tank (30" long, 11" high, 9" deep). Would 65 watt of compact florescent be enough for my 13 gallon tank? What could i grow under this amount of lighting?

65 watts should be enough light, but a 30 inch long tank may not get light at the ends with that bulb. You could try two 36 watt AH Supply kits, with the reflectors staggered to allow them to be almost end to end. http://www.ahsupply.com/36-55w.htm
Or, three of their 13 watt kits, end to end would spread the light and might be a better light level.
