Hardy plant grown sticking out of water?

I have a rimless 31.4g tank. Very sexy. I will have a light elevated high over the tank so it does not impede the nice driftwood pieces sticking out of the tank. What are some good hardy pretty plants (red and green colored or others) that will grow up or along the driftwood.

Semi riparium I guess you could call it. No mister BTW

If you keep it covered, a lot of aquarium plants can be grown out of the water.

many many more

If it is an open tank, you might want to look at riparium plants, or just tropical house plants. For an interesting plant with red veins on their leaves try Maranta leuconeura erythroneura for example.

If you want color Lysimachia 'Outback Sunset' is a real nice riparium plant with this beautiful gold color.

Emersed Hygrophila salicifolia has nice purple-green foliage.

Asclepias Mexican milkweed is probably the easiest riparium plant to bloom.

Over on the right side of this shot you can see some Hibiscus acetosella burgundy red foliage. These stems are just starting to root and they will look more full in a few weeks.

Jasmine Polyanthum & Bloodleaf iresene curled and trailed around leaves.

Trailing Lobelia ernius I've kept in my HOB.

Important note to apply 73-76F water temperature and humidity in addition to light and light air circulation.

High temps, stag air, and low humidity factor in insects such as whiteflies, aphids, scale etc calling them home, and nutrient uptake problems

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
