Flow Rate to PSI conversion

I just picked up a converted Argon regulator from someone on here to get started in pressurized CO2. I looked at the gauges and noted something was off... the low pressure side is rated in CFH/LBM.... It's not a pressure gauge, it's a flow gauge. >

Is there any direct conversion for this, or am I looking at having to swap the low side gauge for a pressure gauge? (knowing me, I would probably end up doing this anyway eventually just for the quick cursory checks every morning. I don't maths good prior to coffee.)

I suppose, theoretically it would be possible to estimate PSI based on known factors such as flow rate, size of opening a substance is flowing through, what the substance is, etc...

But I don't know the math behind it at all, or if it's actually a possible calculation. That being said... if it were me... I'd buy the pressure gauge lol

That's the ticket. Forney 3016-0110. The gauge states to use a 0.32 orifice.
