Radion xr30w or AI Vga color for PLANTED 75g?

I like how these lights have the sunrise and sunset...

Are these good for growing plants in a 75g discus planted (medium-high tech tank)?

These two fixtures both deliver a good amount of par, run at cooler temps, but are fairly expensive. Keep in mind of spread though. The radion ime covers about 3x3 whereas the vega is slightly smaller. I am assuming your dimensions are 48x18x21. With only one fixture, you're likely to get dark areas. For what its worth, I would suggest buying an 4xt5ho fixture with controller, given you are using pressurized co2 and consistent with dosing.

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
