New Aquarium Planting

Hi I am new at aquarium planting..

I purchased
-Java Fern
-Amazon Sword
-Dwarf Bacopa
-Vallisneria nana
-Oval Ludwigia

they are not looking so great and a lot of the leaf's are thinning and the java fern has white clear spots on it

I purchased fluval stratum substrate should I also purchase Seachem Flourish or that too much

I have not added the stratum but I will soon, I just would like to get some advice on how to prevent this

I don't have co2 running, I have my plants in a evolve 4-no fish

If your lights are stock, it isn't a lot of light, but it sounds like nutrient issues to me. I'd post in the plants section to get help with that. Also, just a heads up, that sword will get huge!
