Check out this algae! pics


my tank has new algae growth on manzanita branch and the water has a strong smell, like the ant spray "raid". heres a few pics... any ideas on what to do now?

well theres xmas moss on the branches but the parts that are bare manzanita branch have this cotton looking green algae.

Kessil 6700 amazon sun

seachem flourish
seachem phos
seachem excel

no pressurized CO2

i have a bit of those, when i added some oto cat and siamese algae eaters, they went away, but when i change my tank over to a bigger one, some came back still have the same fishs, they didnt take care of it this time. i heard rosy barb will clean them up as well.
