Question

46 G Bow Front Lighting

Hey all, I just had a quick question about lighting.

I have a 46 gallon tank currently equipped with a Single T5HO 39W Catalina lamp. I have the old T8 fixture with a 25W Colormax bulb and was wondering if I should set that one up as well.

I would like to achieve medium-high light (I'm injecting pressurized CO2) and wasn't sure if my single Catalina T5HO lamp will suffice (I think what I have is considered medium lighting). And I won't want to have to purchase another one, and was wondering if I could pair the T5HO with the T8 and possibly run the T8 for a few hours mid-day.

Any help? Thanks!
