How to make moss and HC grow super fast?

So, I'm running a tank with HC as the carpet, but is growing pretty slow. Is there a way to make it grow faster? I need the same answer for mini pellia, fissidens, flame, and Christmas moss. Thanks!

Light co2 and ferts. At the end of the day it will only grow so fast. Moss and pellia just aren't fast growers really. I grew a postage stamp of pellia into two golf balls in a year for example.

T5HO light Odyssea Dual Pro 2 x 39w bulbs, on 12 hours a day, plus run CO2 more than 10 bpms.

I have my tank set up like this and it is overrun with all kinds of moss.
here's a messy pic of it. 1st pic is with flash, 2nd one without it.
I have only been running it for 4 months and my fissidens is approx 8 x 5 in size.

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
