Miracle Grow Shake 'N Feed?

I saw this product at Home Depot when I was looking for Osmocote (could only find the Plus version online), and it has a lot of the micro nutrients as well. Could I use the Miracle Grow Shake 'N Feed Tomato, Fruits, and Vegetables instead of Osmocote? Has anyone used it before with success?

Isnt it, 10-10-10? Or 19-6-12 version?
