Rescaped my 18g low light, love it lots of sand

So I had forgotten about this tank since it was my first planted tank which I was unhappy with (you know it's a learning experience Lol) and just had a bunch of random fish also I got 2 other highlight tanks after that which I paid more attention to. Plus i got a chameleon as well that takes up time. It's been like 2 years since I gave this tank TLC.

So since Thanksgiving was at my house this year and I moved the tank to the living room, I decided to redo the tank and I had an idea how I wanted to do it for a while. I'm really Happy with how it came out just need to get some more fish
Plants: prava, crypts, Java fern, Anubis Nana, four left clover (forgot the real name)
Fauna: cardinal tetra, albino Cory, kuhli loach, and pure stain endlers.

Here is before

During new scape

Finished

Let me know What u guys think?
Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

I think it looks really good so far! I like the hardscape and division of substrate. I also like the slope from high on the right to low on the left. Have you considered some tall growing stem plants on the right side to emphasize the height of the tank? I think most stem plants will offer some more variety of leaf shape to add to the diversity of your tank!

Thanks, Ya I was thinking of replacing the Java fern on the right to put a tall stem plant but I just did this with plants I already had. Also since it's a low light tank I have to see which stem plants will do good in low light cause I believe most stem plants need medium to high light. Any suggestions?

Ya that's What I was thinking about with the wisteria.

Also thinking of What center piece fish to should get? Was thinking about a pair of rams, peacock gudgeons, or killi fish.
Already going add a few Cory's and cardinal tetras and maybe kuhli loaches as well

Here's a little update. Got some albino and panda Cory's as well as a few more killi loaches and hillstream loaches. Wisteria in the right corner!

Got some free plants from usgetata and decided to put them in here and I'll will be adding another 6500k led light with a little bit of Co2 to make sure plants stay alive!

I love how it filled in!

Wow nice! The plants will definitely fill in nicely. The sand gives it a nice clean look as well!

I love the new plant additions! Very bushy, and great deliberate color transition from left to right.
Is it hard to keep the white sand clean with all the plants in the tank?
