Substrate that buffers to 7-7.4?

I'm looking for a substrate that will buffer to between 7-7.4 for some shrimp I will be keeping. I normally use ADA Amazonia New, but that buffers too low for this project. pH is the main concern, other things like plant nutrients come second. Thanks

pH should not necessarily be your main concern with shrimp. What's more important is water hardness.

What kind of shrimp do you plan on keeping and what is your KH? GH?
