how to clean drop checker

My drop checker has a light growth of algae in it. How do you guys recommend cleaning this out? I was thinking a hydrogen peroxide or bleach soak. Thanks

I usually just hit mine up with a magic eraser when I'm cleaning the glass.

Yep, inside the tank and out. Been it this way for over a year now. No issues at all.

I recently visited the Maui aquarium and a scuba diver was in a tank cleaning it with magic erasers. I buy the Walmart brand. Just get the ones without cleaner in them.

You can try boiling it if it's glass. Just let the water return to room temperature before you remove it. Rubbing alcohol and white rice also does a good job of cleaning the inside of glass objects. Just pour it in and shake it till it's clean, then rinse it out well.
