I doubt it could have been a breeding of BV x Yellow if there's only 1, and if food were causing it- it would affect the yellows as well. I don't know...

I believe I mentioned this in a post not too long ago. I have experienced the same in some of the yellows I owned awhile back and they pretty much stayed that way after feeding them a certain diet, forgot what exactly :/

so these are yellows, which - because of diet (green veggies?) - changed color and turned blueish-green. Neat!

As far as I know spirulina enhances blue/green colors so if you fed something spirulina based that might have something to do with it.

Raven beat me too it, some of my fire yellows started looking greenish after I had feed my home made powder food with Spirulina in it.... So for the yellows and Fire Reds i stopped putting that in.

Sometimes neos change colour to green, especially the yellow. I once ordered some chocolate and BB in the same order and when I got the first bag out I was like -- no way, these BB should be $300 each.... then I realized those were the chocolate lol
