Cloudy water?

Hi

i just finished my 10 gallon planted tank 2 hours ago and the water still haasnt cleared up.

I am using miracle gro organic mix and eco complete as my cap.

i have a filter running and my water level are:

pH: 6.4
Alkalinity: 50
Hardness: 120
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10
Ammonia: .15ish
