Eh honestly.. I can't really even think of anywhere around here in my area for LFS that does a lot of stuff in the way of Aquascaping/plants. Most of them are just concerned with fish.

One place I might recommend for something like that is called Kees. It's at 23 and Van Dyke. I don't remember if they had stuff like that there, though. But they might. They have everything pretty much everything else there. Literally.

Preuss Pets in Lansing has an extensive collection of different kinds of stones. Not sure if they have those specific kinds you're looking for, but they had probably at least 10 different kinds when I was there last month.

Kee's is a pretty nice place, best selection of equipment I know of. However I don't recall any great stones there. Basic slate and river stone if I remember correctly.

Should definitly check it out though if you haven't been.

Yeah it is a good store. Great for salt water.

Went to Pruess. They have zebra stone. They also have quite a few other varieties. No Nippon imports though. There is a bonzai supply place in Inkster. Going to check em out.

Your best bet is a landscaping supply store. I found one in Belleville. I forgot the name of it. If a place doesn't have it, you might be able to get them to order it.
