Any set up experts in SE WI/Racine/Kenosha/Milwaukee?

Firstly, I would need an expert opinion on the safety and viability of even setting up this tank. It's a 90 gallon that has been unused in about 14 years, and has some scratches on the tempered glass bottom, and a chip on a corner. The last thing I need is a 90 gallon river coursing it's way through my home.

If all looks ok, I would need some help leveling the tank/stand in it's spot in the basement.

I did fill it with water last week and it sat for a couple days without leaking a drop, but was off-level.

Tank and wood stand both made by All-Glass (now Aqueon?).
