Liquid plant food.....can it lose its potency after a number of years???
Hi all....I was wondering if liquid plant food, such as Flourish, can lose its potency after a number of years?? The bottle I have is, Im guessing, at least 3 years old.....I neglected my tanks that long, so thats why I have a bottle of it that is that old......Ive got my tanks almost completely void of BBA, and they are looking better day by day......do I need to buy a fresh bottle of food????Thanks for looking........

One thing I know is that plastic bleeds in air. Like a two liter bottle of soda will be as they say soft (going flat ) after a year shelf life...A glass container does not do that.....AS every body says that soda taste better in a glass bottle. That is the reason why it taste better than a plastic bottle of soda... My belief is that chemicals do change after time exposed to air... Like I say, That's my opinion...
