Brown fissidens :(

Anyone can help me how to make my fissidens turn bright green?

I don't dose any fertilizers because of the shrimps. Lighting period is 9-12pm, 3-6pm. Also this tank is outdoor but doesn't get any direct sunlight. Although it seems there is no difference when I turn the light during the day when the sun is out. any suggestion?

what is that at the back? Fissiden too? Do you have some CO2 in there? I got like CO2 with the air bubble and it works for me with all of my moss. People says it is a waste but I am seeing alot of greens.

Those are flame moss in the back. But they don't look like flame wiggling up. Maybe it's an erect moss. And I have no co2.

it grows darker in lower light...up the light add CO2 and it will turn bright green...

+1 on higher light. All of my mosses tend to brown under very low light until I can put them in a higher light place (granted they don't need very high light to get green).
