H M growth speed
Hemianthus Micanthremoides (sp?) How fast does it grow? I have heard in high light it will hug the ground, creating a nice foreground. I just ordered a 36 watt PC to go over my 15 high, giving me just under 2.5 WPG. Will this be enough for a foreground? However, it is a high tank, and thusly the intensity is reduced towards the bottom. I also have a hagen ladder for C02 and religiously dose fertilizer.

I had HM in a 55 gallon with 4x40w NO fluoros in regular shoplights. It did not send up many shoots. Instead, it hugged the ground and sent out runners. Grew into a very very dense bush. Beautiful. Eventually grew from the back glass to the front and stetched 1/3 the bottom of my tank.
That was when I drew the line.
