home depot led 5000k par 38 multiy led screw in bulb help
so im running cfl 6*23 watts right now and everything grows great
my apt is all electric bill last month was 410.00 so ive bin in home depot and lowes and keep seeing these type bulbs they are screw in led bulbs par 38 5000k 900-1100 lumens floodlights my question as i have not bin able to find any posts with these used i have very close to high light now and am wondering how many of these leds i need to high light a 40 gallon breeder and bulb placement? i have 6 cfl bulbs clamp lights 6.5 refelctors screwed in to a 2/4 over my tank now i cant find a par reference for these leds screw in bulbs |

If you click on my profile and look at my album titled "55g with pendant leds" you can see what a 55 looks like with 2 of these bulbs. I grow anubias, crypts, java fern, and vals in this tank. I don't have any par data but I'd guess I am low or low-med light. I would think 4 on a 40 breeder would be high light but that's just a guess.
