Oh! I keep thinking more things to tell you! Eat lots of cucumbers, carrots, and avacados and almonds! They're all really good for your skin! But they're not going to get rid of acne but will help with the healing of the marks when your doctor takes care of the problemo

Really it's just like it sounds. I ate only raw fruits and vegetables. I didn't eat like a traditional vegetarian where you would eat grains and pasta, bread, or anything else that's been cooked or baked. Strictly raw food. Of course you can choose to eat raw for a percentage of your diet, like 80% raw or whatever. I think that the food being whole and unprocessed and unheated allowed the most nutrition and enzymes to be used by my body.

White Vinegar is good to clean the skin and kill any nasty's, best left on for a while before taking a shower.
My sister used Pro active and it worked great for her skin.
