CRS grading

how does the grading work for crystal shrimps?
also are they the same as bumble bee shrimps?
cause they look the same... haha

There are 2 specific grading options in that page. And yes, they are just a different color.

this is grading based on patterns...what about grading based on colorations like in Japans grading system? can i say i have a SS pattern with a S coloration for example?

Then you go by the lower grade if memory serves

As for the PRL grading, it seems each PRL breeder has their own idea of what an SS or SSS or S colored shrimp is.

i think alot of it is based on the amount of white and how solid it is. but like its been said there are so many diff grading ideas out there it makes it hard

like how it is with PFRs?

Cull or sepparate any shrimp of a lower grade, if possible pair up your highest grade males and females so that they will have more high grade babies.

PFR are a pain to grade, personally I shine a flashlight on them and set out any that seem more transparent, I can't tell much of a difference between PFR and lower grade juvies doing anything else, but I'm sure someone has another possibly better method
